As our Video Content Creator, you'll be the storyteller behind our brand. From brainstorming with the team to launching videos on YouTube, you'll take charge of the entire process.

What you’ll be working on

• Team up with the marketing crew to come up with creative video ideas for our campaigns
• Plan out a video production schedule that keeps us on track and ensures we hit our deadlines
• Organize and execute video shoots, making sure everything runs smoothly
• Capture engaging interview videos
• Produce feature videos that showcase our product features or services
• Jump on trending topics internally as well as externally and create videos that resonate with what's happening now
• Edit the footage into a polished final product
• Re-use older videos and bring them together to create new content whenever necessary
• Launch the videos on our YouTube channel, complete with descriptions
• Keep an eye on how the videos are performing, analyze the data, and bring new ideas to the table.

What we’re looking for

• A willingness to learn about open-source and Frappe products
• 1-3 years of experience
• Skills in video editing and familiarity with the necessary tools
• Know-how with video equipment and capturing the best shots
• A knack for creating compelling storylines that engage viewers
• Clear and sharp communication skills to get the message across
